Tom
Noad

Senior Associate

Tom Noad is an English solicitor specializing in international trade and corporate law.

He assists Italian and foreign companies in negotiating cross-border contracts and extraordinary transactions in all commercial and industrial sectors.

With extensive experience in international law firms, he joined L2B Partners when it was founded, until it merged with Indaco in 2026. He is currently president of the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy, a role he also held between 2019 and 2021. He speaks Italian and English.

Viorica
Efros

Senior Associate

Viorica Efros specializes in corporate and commercial law and has extensive experience in M&A transactions, JV agreements, corporate governance, as well as international commercial contracts (agency, distribution, supply, consulting, procurement, etc.), retail, and real estate.

With specific experience in the fashion, metalworking, automotive, leather goods, logistics, manufacturing, real estate, and service sectors, she assists numerous Italian and foreign companies operating in these areas.

Over the years, she has also gained specific expertise in understanding and managing the legal complexities inherent in commercial, corporate, and compliance issues typical of international groups and businesses.

She graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2009 and subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Law (JLS-Milan) in 2014. After practicing law for several years in Milan, she is currently registered with the Vicenza Bar Association. 

After completing classical high school and military service in the police force, Andrea Cevese graduated in law from the University of Milan. Following several years working in Milan and Brussels, in 1998 he co-founded Studio DFA, which merged with Indaco in 2026.

He works mainly in the areas of European Union law and international trade law and has represented clients in various cases before EU courts.

He assists companies in the areas of commercial contract law and international litigation, as well as in matters relating to competition law (cartels, vertical agreements) and extraordinary corporate transactions (M&A). He has gained considerable experience with public bodies and companies in providing opinions and in administrative and judicial proceedings on state aid issues. He regularly provides training on state aid issues for Italian public bodies. Languages: Italian, English, and French.

Matteo Dellai initially joined Studio DFA, where he completed his mandatory legal internship, and now works with Indaco's professionals in both judicial and extrajudicial matters. In particular, he has gained experience in civil and corporate litigation, as well as in extrajudicial assistance in the same areas. He also provides support in antitrust law and European Union law. He holds a master's degree in law from the University of Ferrara, as well as a Licence en Droit and a Master Droit européen: Droit et politiques de l'Union européenne from the University of Strasbourg.

He speaks Italian, English, and French.

Beatrice Seno graduated in law from the University of Ferrara with a thesis on European Union law.

She completed her legal training at Studio L2B Partners – Studio Legale (which merged with Indaco in 2026), where she gained expertise in international trade law and technology law.

She works with the firm's professionals in conducting out-of-court activities, providing support in assisting Italian and foreign companies in the preparation of commercial contracts and opinions, with a particular focus on the protection and management of IP rights.

She speaks Italian, English, Spanish, and French.

Campora

Senior Associate

Giulio Campora Giulio Campora mainly deals with sports law. He assists clients active in the entertainment and sports sectors.

He supports sports agents, professional athletes, and sports clubs in the registration and transfer of professional athletes and in the drafting of sports performance contracts.

He provides legal assistance in sports litigation before national federations and administrative support, more generally, in matters related to sports law.

He offers advice on contracts relating to CONI and FIGC Football Agent Regulations and collective agreements in the sports sector, with particular regard to the Italian Football Federation.

He has been collaborating with ELSALEX since 2010 (merged with Indaco in 2026). A graduate of Parma University, he is a member of the Vicenza Bar Association and speaks Italian and English.

Nicolaï

Senior Associate

Matthias Nicolaï specializes in international sports law. He assists clubs, athletes, sports agents, and investors in international transactions.

He advises clients on all matters related to sports, with extensive experience in assisting football clubs, players, and agents in international, Italian, and Belgian transfers, as well as in proceedings before FIFA's judicial bodies and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (Switzerland).

He assists investors active in the sports sector from a legal and strategic perspective.

Matthias holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and a Master's degree in International Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Madrid (Spain). He speaks Flemish (Dutch), French, English, and Italian.

Alessandro
Garziera

Associate

Alessandro Garziera specializes in civil corporate law, international trade, and industrial law. He assists Italian and foreign companies in drafting and negotiating contracts and in defending them in court before ordinary courts in various matters, including sales, procurement, agency, and intellectual and industrial property protection. He has advised innovative start-ups in the phases of raising investment and negotiating research agreements, including in the context of projects related to the space economy.

He graduated in Law from the University of Trento in 2019, after a period of study at the University of Antwerp as part of the Erasmus+ program. In 2019, he began working with DFA Studio Legale, which later merged with Indaco. He has taken specialization courses in industrial property and innovation and agri-food law.

A member of the Vicenza Bar Association, he works in Italian, English, and French.

Bagni

Senior Associate

Andrea Bagni Andrea Bagni works in the corporate and commercial field, with particular reference to M&A transactions, business contracts, and corporate compliance.

His work focuses on extraordinary transactions, mainly in the private equity sector, such as acquisitions and mergers, as well as ordinary corporate contracts, both domestic and international. He also provides support to companies in the preparation, verification, and updating of organizational, management, and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, also serving as chairman of various Supervisory Bodies.

He graduated in Law from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and has been a member of the Vicenza Bar Association since 2016. He speaks Italian and English.

Fiorella
Dal Monte

Senior Associate

Fiorella Dal Monte mainly deals with European Union law and international trade law. She assists public bodies, companies, and individuals in matters of competition law, both at the administrative and judicial levels. She deals with issues relating to European Union law in general, in particular the free movement of persons, goods, and services, consumer law, and fundamental rights.

She assists European Union institutions and bodies in out-of-court proceedings and litigation before national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union, including on issues of public service and recovery of EU funding.

She graduated in Law from the University of Padua and obtained a PhD in Law, Market and Person from Ca' Foscari University. She has been working with DFA Studio Legale since 2011, which later became Indaco. Since 2012, she has been a legal linguist and translator following an internship at the Directorate-General for Translation of the Court of Justice of the European Union. She is an adjunct professor of Law & Data at the University of Padua. A member of the Vicenza Bar Association, she speaks Italian, English, and French, with a fair knowledge of German and Spanish.

Mazzon

Debora Mazzon assists companies and individuals mainly in litigation, judicial and arbitration matters, in civil, commercial and international commercial law, banking and bankruptcy law, as well as in more “traditional” areas such as inheritance and family law.

After graduating in Law from the University of Padua, she began working with DFA Studio Legale in 2004, which merged with Indaco in 2026. She attended a specialization course in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Suffolk Law School, Boston (USA), and assists banks and bankruptcy proceedings in litigation.

She is a member of the Vicenza Bar Association and speaks English and Spanish.

Zerbaro

Chiara Zerbaro works primarily in the areas of civil law and international trade law. She assists Italian and foreign companies by providing legal opinions and representing them in national and international litigation, including through a well-established network of correspondents in EU and non-EU countries.

She has also gained experience in European Union law, with particular reference to the civil service sector, assisting individuals and institutions in cases before national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Since 2004, she has been a partner at Studio DFA (which merged with Indaco in 2026). She graduated in law from the University of Trento, is a member of the Vicenza Bar Association, and speaks Italian and English.

Matteo Caruso graduated in law from the University of Padua and began his legal practice at Studio L2B, which later merged with Indaco.

He works with professionals in judicial and extrajudicial activities, following cases from the initial stage and preparing documents and opinions in the corporate and inheritance fields.

He specializes in debt collection and compulsory purchase procedures, while also gaining experience in the field of contracts. He speaks Italian, Spanish, and English.

Alessia Battistella mainly deals with international trade law, providing assistance in the drafting and negotiation of both domestic and international contracts.

She has also gained experience in corporate law and has undertaken a course of study on the dynamics of the Models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

She graduated in Law from the University of Trento and is a member of the Vicenza Bar Association. She speaks Italian and English.

Federico Monaci specializes in administrative and agri-food law. He assists companies in ordinary national and international contracts, including those relating to exports, and provides legal assistance before civil and administrative courts, mainly in the wine and agri-food sector.

He also deals with credit recovery, both in and out of court, and the protection of the rights of private citizens in the administrative sphere.

He has been an associate at L2B Partners since 2024, which merged with Indaco in 2026. After graduating in law in 2016 from the University of Florence, he obtained a master's degree in 2023 from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna as a lawyer and food safety consultant. He has been a member of the Florence Bar since 2020.

Luca Melato mainly deals with international trade law, commercial contracts, and European Union law.

He advises Italian and foreign companies on the negotiation of international sales contracts, framework supply contracts, distribution contracts, agency contracts, as well as on international sanctions and privacy matters.

He has worked with L2B Partners – Studio Legale (merged into Indaco in 2026) since 2021, first as a trainee and then as a lawyer. He graduated in law from the University of Padua, is a member of the Venice Bar Association, and speaks Italian, English, and Spanish.

Leonardo
Salvato

Associate

Leonardo Salvato deals with civil, commercial, and corporate law matters, and mainly provides advice and assistance to Italian companies in the negotiation and drafting of various types of commercial agreements and contracts, including cross-border transactions. He also provides support in the negotiation of extraordinary transactions and M&A.

He graduated in Law from the University of Padua.

Scalco

Gianluca Scalco mainly deals with administrative, civil, and tax law. He assists private individuals, companies, and public bodies in and out of court on matters relating to public procurement and services; in-house and mixed public-private companies; construction, urban planning, and environmental law; security measures and anti-Mafia legislation; procedures for accessing European grants and public subsidies in general. A law graduate and member of the Verona Bar Association, he has been practising law independently since 2007. Since 2024, he has been a Senior Associate at the L2B Partners Law Firm, which merged with Indaco in 2026. Since 2020, he has been qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts.

Giacomo
Woodhead Angemi

Senior Associate

Giacomo Woodhead Angemi mainly deals with international trade law and corporate law.

He assists companies in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, particularly international ones, as well as in M&A transactions.

He has also gained particular expertise in non-repayable loans provided for by the OCM Wine - Promotion on Third Country Markets and Reg. (EU) 1144/2014 calls for proposals, which are measures designed to strengthen the presence of European agri-food products on international markets.

A graduate of the University of Trento, he is a member of the Padua Bar Association. He speaks Italian and English.

Davide Savio ha maturato negli anni un’esperienza significativa nell’assistenza alle imprese nel contenzioso civile, commerciale e fallimentare, fornendo consulenza anche nella fase stragiudiziale.

Laureato in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Trento, ha conseguito un Master in Diritto dell’Ambiente presso l’Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia.

Roberto Santoro practices international trade law, corporate and industrial law, and related litigation before ordinary and arbitration courts. He assists Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions involving acquisitions and disposals of businesses, internationalization processes, and joint ventures. He advises on commercial contracts (international sales, agency, distribution, OEM, franchising, IP licensing, international procurement, and procurement), particularly in the steel, metalworking, electronics, automation, plastics manufacturing and processing, plant engineering, and event organization sectors.

Vittorio Rigo specializes in national and international sports law. He assists sports clubs and professionals in the sector with contracts and litigation before sports justice bodies, the FIFA Court, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (CAS). He has many years of experience in negotiating, drafting, and concluding player transfer contracts and agreements governed by national and international sports regulations.

He provides training in sports law as part of national and international master's and specialization courses.

He graduated in Law from the University of Padua and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2002.

He speaks Italian and English.

Cosetta Masi specializes in technology and innovation law. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the tech sector, she assists clients in protecting and marketing their digital products and, more generally, in developing high-tech projects, devising effective, concrete, and tailor-made legal solutions.

She offers strategic advice on the drafting and negotiation of domestic and international commercial contracts, including software development agreements, licensing, SaaS, technology transfer, franchising, innovative partnerships, and IP rights management, also with reference to open source software issues. She also handles extraordinary corporate transactions to support the growth and evolution of innovative companies, with a particular focus on start-ups and scale-ups. He also assists entrepreneurs and industrial groups in extraordinary transactions, M&A, joint ventures, business transfers, and corporate reorganization projects.

In 2018, he co-founded L2B Partners – Studio Legale, which merged with Indaco in 2026. Previously, he was a partner at Studio De Poli (Venice) and AC Law – Ceccon & Associati (Padua).

Ilaria Della Vedova specializes in corporate law, banking and financial markets law, and corporate crisis law.

She assists companies in ordinary contracts and extraordinary transactions, as well as in financing  transactions.

She offers advice on corporate matters and assistance in litigation before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals; she also acts as an arbitrator.

She offers advice and assistance in insolvency proceedings.

She also deals with generational transfers and trusts, assisting entrepreneurs and families in succession planning and the transfer of family businesses.

A partner since 2023 at L2B Partners – Studio Legale (which merged with Indaco in 2026), she previously worked with Studio De Poli. A graduate of Padua University, she obtained her PhD from the University of Padua, where she is a contract professor of Financial Market Negotiation, as well as a professor in the Master's program in Corporate Law. Alberto Dal Ferro mainly deals with European Union law and international trade law. He assists companies and individuals on matters of competition, vertical and horizontal agreements, state aid, and international contracts. He handles cases involving the free movement of persons, goods, and services, as well as other issues related more generally to European Union law, which he has been able to study in depth thanks to the experience he gained at the Research and Documentation Service of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.   

He also assists European institutions and bodies with which he has collaborated since the beginning of his professional career in legal disputes before national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union in matters of competition, state aid, EU civil service, agriculture, EU funding, and debt recovery, both in and out of court. A graduate in law and political science, he is a member of the Vicenza Bar Association and in 1998 co-founded the DFA law firm, which merged with Indaco in 2026. Cesare Cabrini mainly deals with international trade law, corporate law, and industrial law.

He assists Italian and foreign clients in contract negotiations, extraordinary transactions, and internationalization processes.

As a Cassation lawyer, he provides litigation assistance before ordinary and arbitration courts.

Over the years, he has gained experience in international sales, agency, distribution, franchising, and procurement (with public and private clients), particularly in the metalworking, plastics manufacturing and processing, renewable energy production, and aerospace industries.

He graduated in law from the University of Padua and was a partner at Studio DFA, which later merged with Indaco.

He is a member of the Vicenza Bar Association and speaks Italian and English.

Nicola Baù specializes in international trade, corporate, and wine law.

He provides advice on commercial contracts (joint ventures, distribution, agency, sale and purchase, procurement, etc.) and public subsidies in the agricultural sector.

He has gained extensive experience in the wine and agri-food sectors.

He is a member of the Association Internationale des Juristes du Droit de la Vigne et du Vin (International Wine Law Association) and holds a sommelier diploma.
